As a specialized Optometrist, Dr. Anna Zemelshtern has been working for Charm City Optical since 2006. Being raised in Baltimore, Dr. Zemelshtern is very active in community health and welfare. She graduated high school from Beth Tfiloh and went on to Goucher College where she obtained her bachelors of Science in Biochemistry. From there she went on to Pennsylvania College of Optometry to obtain her doctorate in Optometry. After her internship at the prestigious Kreiger Eye Institute at Sinai Hospital, Dr. Zemelshtern began to practice Optometry at Charm City Optical and Eye Care Center where she provides all types of eye care services including specialty glasses, contacts, eye disease diagnosis and management to including diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.
